Step into a journey of deep relaxation and self-discovery with our Yin Yoga & Mindful Meditation series. Over the course of six weeks, you'll experience a blend of gentle yin yoga postures, grounding meditations, and meaningful group reflections designed to help you cultivate inner peace and balance.
Each session begins with a calming meditation to center your mind and prepare your body. You'll then ease into a sequence of yin yoga postures, held for several minutes to promote deep release and improved flexibility. The practice concludes with a soothing closing meditation to integrate your experience, followed by optional group reflection to foster connection and insights.

Norm is a 200hr RYT and a Kripalu trained Yoga teacher. He was introduced to Yoga over 25 years ago and has had a regular yoga practice for 8 years. His warm and enthusiastic spirit invites and welcomes everyone to find their rhythm in balance. Norm has worked with all age groups and many exceptional populations. Injuries acquired as an athlete and the fact that we are all anatomically unique has increased his sensitivity to finding modifications in his practice.
Creative adaptions for his students allows them to find the joy and peace that Yoga offers. Somatic movement and Foundational training for preventing injuries complement his gentle approach. His practice weaves opportunities for each student to discover ways to unbind their limiting beliefs and discover their deeper Self.
